Flower essences are traditionally used to support emotional well being. They are a liquid prepared from fresh Australian flora, honouring the enduring knowledge of this land . If you’ve ever walked through the Australian bush after a spring rain, you’ve likely felt it—a sense of feeling grounded, and an undeniable strength. It’s no surprise that the plants surviving in our harsh, ancient landscape have developed some serious resilience.

Flower essences have a history in traditional knowledge and have been used by many cultures for thousands of years. Bush flowers were used as medicine by Aboriginal people, including Noongar people of Australia's South West.
Throughout the world flower essences were also used by Ancient Egyptians, in the 12th century by Saint Hildegard of Bingen and in the 16th century by Paracelsus. Flower essences in modern times have been popularised by Dr Bach - and if you have ever used his famous Rescue Remedy, you will already be familiar with how effective these natural remedies may be for supporting emotional calm.
