Health Assessment (allow 60 minutes) + Wellness Plan Session (allow 30 minutes)
Starting with your health assessment, Jodie will take the time to hear and explore all of your health concerns. A comprehensive intake will explore your own medical history and your family medical history, along with dietary and lifestyle factors to gain a thorough understanding of the factors contributing to your present health. Patients will have the opportunity to express their own goals for their health.
Between your appointments, Jodie will take the time to thoroughly review your information, undertake further research, and develop an evidence-based wellness plan individualised to your unique needs. During your wellness plan session, Jodie will take the time to discuss your options for treatment which may include herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, dietary changes, and lifestyle practices.

Follow Up Naturopathic Consultation
suitable for existing patients who have had an appointment in the last 3 months
(allow 45 minutes)
During this appointment, Jodie will monitor your progress to treatment and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan, review pathology, address any new health concerns, and provide ongoing support in achieving your health goals.

Extended Naturopathic Follow Up
suitable for existing patients who have not had an appointment in the last 3 months, or those who have pathology results to review, or those with a new diagnosis or health concern

During this appointment, Jodie will go over pathology results with you, monitor your progress to treatment and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan, review pathology, address any new health concerns, and provide ongoing support in achieving your health goals.

Flower essences are a traditional naturopathic remedy to support emotional wellness. The individual remedies are crafted from Australian flora, honouring the enduring knowledge of this land. During your appointment, Jodie will prepare a bespoke flower essence blend specifically for you.

Booking Information

Appointments are located in Quinn's Rocks, Western Australia. The address will be sent in your booking confirmation email. Please note that our office is accessible by stairs; if this presents a challenge for you, we are more than happy to arrange a telehealth appointment instead.

Payment of the consultation fee at the time of booking is required to secure your appointment.

We appreciate at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.

Out of respect for our practitioners' time and clients on our waiting list, cancellations made on the day of the scheduled session, as well as non-attendance, will incur the full cost of the appointment via the booking prepayment.

If you cannot make it to your consultation at the office due to illness or transport issues, we can switch your appointment to a Telehealth session at your scheduled time to avoid the cancellation fee.

For an initial appointment, please select a time for your health assessment (60 minutes). Jodie will arrange a time for your wellness plan session. We aim to schedule your wellness plan session within one week of your health assessment.

After making a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email and SMS reminder. If you are a new patient, please follow the link in the email to complete an information form.

Telehealth appointments are conducted via video and require a computer or mobile device. Telehealth appointments will receive a link to their appointment via email before their appointment commences

Telehealth appointments are suitable for patients Australia-wide. If you are in the Perth metro area, I recommend visiting the office to allow for examinations, including blood pressure.

The clinic accepts payment by card only. We do not accept cash.

Any recommended treatments, including herbal medicine, nutritional compounds, and other supplements, are not included in the cost of a consultation.
